EMBC can offer two kinds of scholarships:
Category A = non-EU: lots of money for 8-10 people
Category B = EU: less money for who knows how many people
PLEASE NOTE: The EMBC management has no power over the size and/or number of the scholarships. You can complain all you want, but they can oly pass on recommendations to the relevant places within the EU somewhere.
(This will be updated as motivation strikes me, any input is welcome XD)
